WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS
The customer must contact us to obtain an RGA number and detailed instructions for warranty service / merchandise returns.
We will honour all manufacturer’s warranties pursuant to their terms and conditions. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our location in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. We are responsible for all other shipping costs, including return shipping to the customer’s location.
Unless noted otherwise on your receipt, non-consumable items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund (via PayPal) equal to the original purchase price of the merchandise returned less a 15% (pretax) restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items must be returned in brand new condition (unopened, all seals and packaging intact). Items that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and is encouraged to use a shipping method that provides a tracking number and insurance as we will not issue a refund in the event that a return shipment is lost or damaged. Refunds are not processed in-store. All sales are final after 30 days.
For health and safety reasons, all consumable product sales are final (no returns, exchanges, or refunds). Thank you for your understanding.
